Hello lovers!

I’m Vee and I am all about taking a fun, young and

fresh approach to weddings.

I’m a marriage celebrant, MC, and wedding singer
(oh the joys of wearing so many hats haha). I’m
excited to finally be able to give a little
introduction to what I do here at Weddings with Vee.

The Musician

Veronika Lawson is a young and versatile solo artist with an extensive
and well-thought setlist enabling her to play to any kind of crowd.

By incorporating elements of percussion in her quirky arrangements, Vee
never ceases to impress crowds and always gets people up on their
feet being able to pick the sound for each individual crowd.

Her stylecould best be described as pop/rock but she prides herself on being
an individual artist with her own sound and style. She plays a mixture of original songs as well as her creative twists on the favourite classics and hits.

She offers a multitude of options for your weddingincluding male/female duo, duo with drums, trio and band options.

The minute you choose one of your guests to MC your wedding, the night is over for them. They will
now spend the rest of their evening working and not celebrating your marriage…and isn’t that why

you invited them there in the first place? To enjoy your day and celebrate you?

I will guarantee that your whole day and night runs smoothly. From double and triple checks of your
run sheet before the wedding to communicating with you, your guests and all your vendors on the
day to make sure we are all on the same page…I can promise you that it will be smooth sailing for the

entirety of your wedding.

You won’t need to worry about Uncle Gary forgetting people when announcing speeches or Cousin
Bill having a few to many drinks and forgetting to let the photographer know when he announces
your first dance. I’m an easy going, happy-go-lucky, bubbly, stress-free MC that loves to crack a
good joke here and there. You can sit back and enjoy your celebrations and know that everything is

taken care of.

I have always loved all things love and am sappy as all get out! Yes, it is very likely that I will cry at your wedding. I am a sucker for some heartfelt vows (hence the name) and I am all about personalised, heartfelt weddings with a good old laugh here and there.

I love talking, writing stories, and filling in paperwork (super random but I have loved it since I was a kid)- I didn’t think there was a more perfect career path for me until I became a marriage celebrant.”
